School transport
Our main focus is regular home-to-school transport, with agreed morning and afternoon routes. Our planned service is designed around family needs and school timetables. Council contracts are subject to approval and award.
Hospital & appointment journeys
Tailored, pre-arranged transport for older passengers attending hospitals or appointments. We discuss the schedule, assistance needs and any return arrangements in advance.
For planned journeys, rather than emergency medical transport.
Airport transfers
Airport journeys arranged in advance. Share your pickup address, flight time, passenger numbers and luggage requirements.

Our school transport focus is Peterborough, with wider coverage into Cambridgeshire and South Lincolnshire. This includes all of Bretton, Werrington, Hampton and the Ortons, plus Whittlesey, Wisbech, Stamford, Spalding, Yaxley and all the Deepings.

Yes. Tell us the days and morning or afternoon times you need. We are currently preparing for launch. We can discuss future requirements; bookings will only be agreed once the required licensing, checks and insurance are complete.
Can you help with passenger needs?
Tell us about any assistance or mobility needs when you enquire. We’ll confirm whether the vehicle and available help are suitable. Specialist medical or wheelchair transport is not assumed.
Is making an enquiry a confirmed booking?
No. We’ll confirm availability, vehicle, price and pickup details before a booking is agreed.

How we handle concerns, prepare our team and look after your information.
Complaints procedure
Raise a concern using our published business email once activated, in writing to our registered office, or through a member of our team. Include the journey date, route and what happened where possible. Missing details do not prevent us recording a complaint.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days and provide a written response within ten working days. If we need longer, we explain why and keep you updated. You can request a review if you remain unhappy. Safety and safeguarding concerns are dealt with promptly; call 999 if someone is in immediate danger.
For council-arranged journeys, you may also contact the council’s transport or complaints team directly. Licensing or safety concerns can be raised with Peterborough City Council Licensing.
Safeguarding & passenger care
Our procedures cover agreed collection and handover arrangements, suitable seat belts and restraints, respectful communication and a physical passenger check after every journey. Children are not released to an unauthorised person or left unattended.
Passenger needs and emergency instructions are agreed before a route starts. Staff provide assistance within their training and role, and report safeguarding concerns through the appropriate channels.
Driver checks & training
Driver induction is being prepared. Required driver licensing, DBS checks, council clearance, vehicle licensing and insurance must be in place before services start.
Our training procedure covers safeguarding, equality and disability awareness, passenger care, emergency response, vehicle checks and route-specific instructions. Staff competence is assessed before duties are authorised, with training reviewed at least annually and when needs change.
Privacy policy
Apex Passenger Transport Ltd is responsible for information you provide directly to us. Email enquiries are used to respond and discuss your requirements. Passenger information is restricted to authorised people who need it for the agreed service and shared with relevant organisations only where necessary and lawful.
The website form prepares an enquiry in your browser. It does not send or store it on our server. You choose whether to copy, download or email it. Please leave out sensitive information about a child or medical needs in an initial enquiry.
We do not add advertising or analytics tools. The hosting provider may process access logs. The Google map may receive browser information and use cookies under Google’s own privacy policy. Use our published business email once activated for privacy questions or requests about your information.
